No delivery at the right time

Hi team, I love you soap. I buy some every time I travel to India or Sri Lanka.
I asked specifically to have them delivered after 6pm on a specific day, I even pay the delivery addtional fee.
And it was delivered at another time, when I was not there.
The next day I was flying back home si couldn't get them
I sent you 2 emails to confirm the delivery time. No answer
Very disappointed.
